Isaac Reyes has more than fifteen years of experience in government and public affairs.  Before joining Target Corporation’s Government Affairs office, Mr. Reyes was at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Congressional & Public Affairs.  Prior to working at the Chamber, he was a principal in the government relations firm of Austin, Copelin & Reyes, specializing in the design and execution of successful legislative policy and political strategies. Mr. Reyes served as a Policy Advisor under Senator Tom Daschle’s Democratic Policy Committee, where he worked with all Democratic Senators and staff to build consensus and implement policy to advance goals of the Democratic Leadership.  Mr. Reyes also served as Legislative Director for Representative Silvestre Reyes (D-TX).  Additionally, Mr. Reyes served as an advisor to Senator Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign in the critical swing state of New Mexico.
